The Client Onboarding and Maintenance Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth opening, maintenance, and transfer of client accounts. The role involves liaising with Investment Managers and their teams across the business to process account openings, amendments, and transfers for a wide range of account types including General Investment Accounts, ISAs, SIPPs, Offshore Bonds, Trusts, Charities, Corporates, and QROPS.
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and improve processes. You demonstrate professionalism, respect, and teamwork, and understand the importance of compliance and operational excellence.
