Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of SME clients, including year-end and ad hoc meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of complex accounts for groups ready for Audit.
• Participate in audits and attend planned client site visits as required.
• Conduct new client meetings and nurture long-term relationships.
• Review year-end accounts prepared by junior staff.
• Provide proactive tax planning and business advice.
• Collaborate with the financial services team to support retirement planning.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Identify and develop your specialism (technical, managerial, business development, or systems).
• Contribute to the senior management team and participate in decision-making as you progress.
