Marsh Risk in Witham is seeking a Client Manager/Account Handler to manage a diverse book, including renewals, mid-term adjustments and client inquiries, with a focus on delivering excellent service in the marine insurance space.
Based in the Witham office with hybrid working after probation, you will engage with a range of stakeholders, maintain accurate client records and support daily operations for efficient renewal processes and client support.
We are seeking a talented Client Manager/Account Handler to join our Marsh Commercial/Bishop Skinner Team. This role will be based in the Witham office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least four days a week in the office after an initial probation period.
In this position, you will take ownership of a diverse book of business, driving day-to-day operations such as renewals, mid-term adjustments, quotations, and promptly addressing client inquiries.
