Job summary

Reed in Brighton is seeking a Client Manager to take a pivotal role in client delivery and team leadership within a growing accountancy practice. You will manage your own portfolio of clients, mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic development while maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate is ACA or ACCA qualified, has experience in an accountancy practice, and is keen to progress towards senior leadership and potentially partnership in the future.

What you'll do

• Manage your own portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted adviser and ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery.
• Support a Director by taking responsibility for day-to-day portfolio management, helping to reduce workload pressures whilst maintaining strong client relationships and service standards.
• Lead, coach and develop a varied team that includes trainee accountants and experienced professionals, providing technical support, mentoring and guidance whilst encouraging continued professional growth.

What you'll need
