Job summary

mbf. is seeking an experienced Client Manager to support a Chartered Adviser in Stansted, delivering a seamless client experience from onboarding through ongoing financial planning and investment administration.

You will manage day-to-day relationships, coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, maintain compliant records, liaise with providers, and support investments while collaborating with Advisers and Paraplanners.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years experience in a Client Manager/Client Relationship role within an IFA or advice firm
• Working towards (or willing to study for) the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach

We are seeking an experienced Client Manager or Client Relationship Manager to join a growing advice team, primarily based in Stansted. You will support a highly experienced Chartered Adviser, playing a central role in delivering a seamless and well-organised client experience.

The Role
