Job summary

Recruitment Solutions in Ashford, Kent seeks a Client Manager with strong practice experience to join a growing Chartered Accountancy Practice. You will manage a portfolio of accountancy and advisory clients, build trusted relationships and help deliver high-quality accounts and advisory services.

Working closely with the Director, you will lead a small team, review statutory accounts and CT returns, and promote cloud accounting solutions. Salary depends on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in UK accountancy practice.
• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent.
• Based within a 45 minute commute of Ashford.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of accountancy and advisory clients
• Reviewing and preparing Statutory Accounts
• Reviewing and preparing Corporation Tax Returns
• Preparing and reviewing Management Accounts
• Delivering outsourced finance department services to clients
• Managing and supporting a small team
• Assisting clients with systems development and process improvements
• Supporting clients with cloud accounting solutions
• Working closely with the Director on the future development of the Practice
• Assisting with internal compliance, technical standards and best practice procedures

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NEW Client Manager to join a growing Chartered Accountancy Practice based in Ashford, Kent.

This position is office-based in Ashford, Kent.

Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications. Higher salaries can be discussed.

What we're looking for

A successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate 4+yrs experience in prior experience in UK accountancy practice to hit the ground running and take on a portfolio of clients. Ideally you would be be fully qualified in a chartered qualification. You must live within a 45 minute commute of Ashford.
