Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate standards are followed and develop solutions for clients.
• Produce and deliver internal and client correspondence.
• Attend and plan client meetings, taking minutes and managing actions.
• Act as key contact for clients, fielding queries as necessary.
• Manage quality, timeliness, and budget of work for allocated clients.
• Track progress with actions ensuring workflow is completed.
• Participate actively in team meetings and discussions.
