Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Client Services Administrator to deliver high standards across the client lifecycle within a Financial Planning environment. You will act as a subject matter expert for processes including LOAs, data updates, existing policy schedules, client retention, reallocations and offboarding.

You will support onboarding and training, contribute to training materials, perform quality checks, manage complex client cases and provide cover for peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all Client Services Administrator duties to a consistently high standard.
• Act as SME for key client lifecycle processes (LOAs, data updates, policy schedules, client retention, reallocations, offboarding).
• Handle complex and escalated client queries professionally and efficiently.
• Support colleagues with procedural guidance and best practice.
• Assist onboarding, training and mentoring of new starters.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of training materials and process documentation.
• Perform quality checks on administrative output and identify trends for improvement.
• Manage complex information gathering, provider chases and detailed client cases.
• Support operational improvement initiatives and project work across the department.
• Provide cover during peak periods when required.
• Prepare and coordinate pre-meeting information and client documentation.
• Support meeting bookings, client correspondence and administration throughout the client lifecycle.
