The Role

As Client Growth & AI Insights Lead, you’ll enable sales success (e.g. pilot studies), drive customer success (e.g. adoption, engagement …), shape transformative research solutions, and amplify Conveo’s impact across the industry. This is a role for someone who wants ownership, thrives on both strategy and hands‑on execution, and has the energy to help build something game‑changing.

Your Mission

1. Customer Growth – “Wow clients”
   • Run strategic pilots for clients to help close contracts.
   • Onboard and train clients to unlock the full potential of Conveo’s technology.
   • Build lasting client relationships to drive platform adoption and loyalty.
   • Gather feedback to strengthen both our platform and partnerships.
2. Collaborate & Build – “Shape the future”
   • Bridge client needs and our product roadmap by collaborating with our engineering team.
   • Craft tailored AI research approaches that solve real problems.
3. Marketing & Thought Leadership – “Inspire the industry”.
   • Create standout case studies, blogs, and white‑papers that showcase how Conveo creates impact.
   • Represent Conveo at events, webinars, and conferences to grow our reputation.
   • Boost our presence on social media and beyond.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3 to 10 years of experience in market research and insights (client or agency‑side).
• Strong and rigorous research and insights skills (qualitative expertise a plus).
• Curiosity about AI and eagerness to apply it in the insights space.
