A high end serviced office provider in London is recruiting an experienced Head Receptionist. The ideal candidate will manage the reception and entire building, ensuring an impeccable client experience for high end stakeholders. This full-time position offers autonomy and requires strong experience in the luxury sector or hospitality. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

Job description

High end serviced offices based in the West End are currently recruiting an immaculately presented Head Receptionist to join the London team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years previous senior Receptionist experience ideally from a high end luxury sector/hospitality/aviation. You will be office based Monday – Friday, hours are 8am – 6pm.

As Head Receptionist you will be the face of the company, making an instant impression on high end clients and stakeholders and delivering an impeccable client experience at all times. You will be responsible for managing the entire building across six floors with 200 staff including operational, facilities and administration support.
