Job summary

Telefónica Tech UK&I is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end service delivery for assigned customers and ensure contractual service levels are met. The role collaborates with delivery teams to sustain strong customer relationships and maximize service value.

You will focus on continual service improvement, risk management, and cost coverage while engaging with stakeholders across the customer organization to grow the Telefónica Tech footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end service delivery management.
• Strong client relationship management and communication.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Drive service improvement initiatives with a focus on service excellence.
• Ensure service levels are delivered in line with contractual commitments.
• Work closely with delivery teams to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Engage regularly with customers and stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
• Identify, assess and manage risks relating to customer services.
• Maintain understanding of P&L for each customer to ensure cost coverage.
• Identify opportunities to expand services with Sales and Account Management.
