Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Technical Success Engineer in the UK to join a client-facing, high-visibility team. You will architect and implement scalable, best-practice solutions for existing Addepar environments, driving high-value outcomes for RIAs, MFOs, Enterprises, SFOs and Institutions.

You’ll partner with Client Success, Account Executives and Product teams to optimize the client experience, navigate roadblocks, and develop scalable processes that reduce reliance on premium services while

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Project Management, Financial Services or Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable, best-practice solutions for existing Addepar environments.
• Own and deliver high-value client outcomes aligned with client expectations, often navigating roadblocks and technical limitations.
• Proactively handle expectations and communication both internally and externally.
• Ensure retention of clients driven by high client satisfaction and reference-ability.
• Establish and drive progress throughout the life of a project to ensure client success.
• Prioritise and context-switch to complete simultaneous projects, seeing each through to the finish line.
• Proactively communicate project health and status to internal and external senior leadership.
• Partner with Account Executives and Support Leads to create a BAU model to ensure clients get the services they need.
• Partner with R&D on scalable tools that reduce client reliance on premium services.
• Think critically about how to improve processes and tools as our client base expands.
• Influence reduction in project effort and timelines through scalable processes and templates.
