Palindrome seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to work with customers on agentic AI projects in the wealth management sector. You will design, train, and deploy ML systems directly with key business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building software in production, ideally at the senior or staff level.
• Hands-on ML engineering experience: trained, evaluated and deployed models.
• Real comfort with cloud infrastructure, Azure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scope agentic AI projects with C-suite and senior advisers.
• Design, train and evaluate agentic systems for customer workflows.
• Own the evaluation loop with defined metrics and model behaviour.
