Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend or full-stack experience, ideally in Python and TypeScript.
• Strong background integrating APIs, legacy platforms, and fragmented client ecosystems.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and regular travel to client sites across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to build and deploy Ravical tailored to their environments.
• Use and maintain our internal MCP factory to rapidly develop custom MCPs.
• Act as the technical bridge between client teams and engineering teams.
