We’re launching a major transformation project to expand our Staverton factory and significantly increase production capacity. As part of this large-scale investment, we are seeking a Project Engineer specialising in building construction project management to lead the delivery of the building scope, working closely with external architectural and engineering teams. This is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in a high-impact, multi-year capital investment.
As Project Engineer – Buildings, you will be responsible for managing the design, planning, contractor selection, and on‑site execution of the new factory building. You will work closely with external architects, civil and structural engineers, MEP consultants, and quantity surveyors to ensure timely approvals and successful delivery of the construction phase.
A key focus will be securing planning permission quickly, pre‑qualifying and selecting building contractors, and overseeing construction activities with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.
This is a full‑time, fixed‑term opportunity with flexible working arrangements depending on the project phase. Full on‑site presence will be required during the implementation phase.
