• Manage a varied portfolio of building surveying instructions from assessment through to completion.
• Prepare reports, specifications, schedules of work and contract documentation for refurbishment, repair and improvement projects.
• Take responsibility for project delivery, including budgets, procurement, contract administration and contractor management.
