Join Our Team as a Client Experience & Marketing Representative. Are you passionate about building relationships, creating engaging client experiences, and driving growth? We’re looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Representative to join our team in a marketing development role. You’ll take the lead in enhancing client engagement and helping us expand our reach in the community.

Salary: We want to hear from you on this. Negotiable and realistic.

Office: Full time, 4 days in the office, Fridays Work From Home. (Neg)

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Building External Relationships
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses to foster collaboration via email outreach and social media campaigns
  • Represent the company at events to promote services and create further client engagement
  • Be the face of the company in the community, identifying opportunities to engage with organizations that align with our mission
  • Reactivating Old Clients: Create tailored campaigns to reconnect with past clients, reigniting their interest, and write compelling blogs and social posts about them.
  • Nurturing Active Clients: Encourage use of a loyalty program, referrals, reviews and testimonials that foster a strong bond with our active clients.
  • Assist in planning events, workshops, or exclusive perks to keep clients engaged and motivated
  • Ensure clients feel valued through personalized communication and check-ins
What You’ll Also Bring to the Role
  • Innovate and implement strategies to embrace new clients and ensure a steady stream of referrals.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging social media content, newsletters, and promotions that highlight the company values and services.
  • Client Feedback Management: Regularly collect feedback from clients and implement changes to enhance their experience.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of marketing campaigns and client retention strategies to ensure goals are met.
