Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Temporary Client Experience Host for a part-time 25-hour week in our Nottingham showroom. You will welcome clients as a brand ambassador, helping to deliver a premium hospitality experience and supporting Sales Consultants.

The role requires hospitality or luxury retail experience, outstanding communication, and the ability to build rapport with clients and within a high-performing team.

Temporary Client Experience Host - Part Time (25hrs per week)As the Client Experience Host, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional and memorable experience for every client who visits our showroom. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will provide a warm and professional welcome, building rapport through outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.With a positive and proactive approach, you will ensure our client areas and experience stations are maintained to the highest standards, while supporting Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP spaces. As part of the overall client journey, you will also offer and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments, helping to deliver the premium hospitality experience our clients expect.

About you

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience within hospitality or luxury retail.
• Ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients.
• A great understanding of what an exceptional customer experience looks like.
