Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and evaluating multiple campaigns with confidence.
  • Ideal background in an agency, FMCG, or retail.
  • Ability to bring smart, solution-focused ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills with numbers and words.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Develop co-marketing campaigns tailored to clients.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign creation.
  • Activate high-quality campaign strategies.
  • Deliver campaigns on budget and on time.
  • Analyze and present campaign performance to partners.

Salary: From £28k + 10% discretionary bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:

  • Manage a portfolio of key stakeholders and build relationships with either supplier brands or Boots partners, to ensure we are understanding their needs and
    identifying ways to help them achieve their goals.
  • Utilise relationships to ensure we are developing co-marketing campaigns that are right for both the client brand and Boots shoppers.
  • Participate in brainstorms to help create the best campaigns for our clients.
  • Develop and/or activate high-quality campaign strategy.
  • Deliver campaigns against agreed budgets and timelines.
  • Understand campaign and media performance and present this back to brands or key Boots partners.
