We are looking for a Client Development Executive to join our Capture agency at SMG. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting our commercial goals through excellent project coordination, stakeholder communication, and teamwork. Whether you're coordinating impactful campaigns or refining internal processes, your attention to detail and collaborative spirit will help deliver best-in-class work across our Capture team. What you'll be doing
  • Liaising between SMG and clients, ensuring follow-ups are clear and actionable.
  • Supporting the senior team in governance meetings.
  • Brainstorming and implementing client campaigns within agreed budgets and timelines.
  • Adapting your communication style to suit different stakeholders, becoming a trusted team member.
  • Ensuring all output-whether media plans, reports or recommendations-is of a high standard.

Collaborating on wider organisational projects that help drive our mission in connected commerce marketing.
