Job summary

What’s Possible Group in London and Kent is seeking a Client Director to lead 3/4 agency clients with independent planning and strong client leadership. You will oversee briefs, drive cross‑channel strategy, and guide the team to deliver best‑in‑class campaigns.

You’ll manage and develop colleagues, coordinate responses for pitches, and ensure high standards of client service. A proactive, strategic mindset and robust relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Media agency experience leading multi‑channel campaigns.
• Translating planning principles into media implementation.
• Experience delivering performance‑focused campaigns with reporting.
• Extensive experience planning or buying online media campaigns.
• Strong client communication and management skills.
• Management experience and leadership ability.
• A track record of winning, growing and retaining clients.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as the lead on your clients’ business.
• Oversee briefs to produce high‑quality responses across campaigns.
• Plan cross‑channel strategy with activation teams for delivery.
• Understand Online channels and how they affect plan and measurement.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisations.
• Understand client business dynamics to tailor responses.
• Identify opportunities and threats with senior team input.
• Coach and train the client team for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to new business pitches with presentations.
