Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to join their Executive Compensation Services (ECS) team in Jersey as a Client Director. This is a senior role where you will help lead a high‑performing team, manage a varied portfolio of employee incentive clients, and play a key part in shaping the direction of the business. The position is permanent, requiring 35 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working style.

Job Duties
  • Oversee a team managing complex executive compensation structures.
  • Act as Director or Alternate Director on client boards.
  • Manage, guide, and mentor team members.
  • Ensure client work meets regulatory, risk, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
  • Support the wider leadership team with strategy, business planning, and performance.
  • Contribute to internal projects and ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Drive profitability and contribute to growth across the ECS service line.
Job Requirements
  • JFSC Category A employee with a relevant Table 4 qualification.
  • Relevant experience in the share plan and employee incentive sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of trust and corporate structures.
  • Experience managing teams and overseeing complex client arrangements and transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment and engaging with senior stakeholders.
