You will oversee client relationships and contribute to strategic development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years in the trust sector, with skills in team leadership and knowledge of fiduciary products. Due to growth we have a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role with a leading fiduciary services provider! This is a challenging role for a senior professional to oversee the management of the team s client relationships and portfolios, whilst also contributing to the effective development of policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be a proactive part of the organisation s leadership function, and will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic direction, operational oversight and continued growth.
Applicants must have a minimum of ten years experience working within the trust sector, ideally within the share plan industry, and you will be knowledgeable in overseeing complex corporate transactions. Candidates must have a broad understanding of a wide range of fiduciary products, along with team leadership skills, the ability to inspire and develop others, and a proactive, strategic mind-set and the desire to make a valid contribution to a dynamic and growing organisation!
