A leading financial services provider seeks a Client Director Assistant to manage client relationships and provide high-level service. This role involves proactive client engagement, resolving complex queries, and supporting their banking needs. The ideal candidate should have a background in financial services and strong communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work model, with both home and office work required.

We’ll look to you to undertake proactive client contact to build relationships and deliver the day-to-day management of client needs. You’ll deal with a variety of client interactions, outline the different ways they can do their banking, anticipate their extended needs, and support them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs.
