Client Development Representative is responsible for ensuring processes and controls are in place to support the UKI Client Sales Team as well as identifying revenue opportunities for sales to execute on. Looking after Customers and client data is a priority. In this role you will need to build relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders to understand how improvements can be made and to adjust as the business continues to grow and evolve. Technology and automation are areas which can further enhance efficiency and job satisfaction and the right candidate will be required to learn and understand systems along with innovation and creativity to streamline existing processes to identify better data and leads. The role will imply a combination of back-office activities (working with data, analysing), as well as customer interactions (external customers / internal customers or stakeholders) to create pipeline. There will be a requirement to present data analysis results, issue resolutions, dispute statuses in AR system, and recommendations for improvement.

What you’ll do:
  • Work proactively with clients to ensure timely payments; manage collections portfolio in EMEA by utilizing communication skills, both verbal and written – Aiming to bring more customers onto autopay
  • Proactively engaging with accounts on Bill Block to remind them to pay their bills
  • Dealing with customer queries on credit notes & facilitating between Accounts Receivable & the Billing Team
  • Cleansing & profiling data on Customer contact accounts to ensure it is up to date
  • Tagging up accounts that have received funding & grown in the last 12 months
  • Generating sales reports & analysing data for Sales Teams
  • There may be the ask for case escalations and navigating internal teams
  • There may be the ask for Ongoing engagement with clients that sit within ‘protect’ category
  • Qualify leads received from marketing or other organisations and nurture opportunities
  • Generating incremental Opportunities through social selling, strategic & targeted prospecting into companies
  • Handover qualified opportunities to sales with high quality, ensuring the best customer experience
  • Provides relationship management support and activity management via telephone, email and web to ensure customer satisfaction and goal achievement
  • Build and execute upon strategic outbound campaigns to obtain additional leads
  • Identifying concur Alumni and new headcount roles
  • Contributing to pipeline & revenue goals of the business. The bonus element will be driven by the requirements of this function SAP and total rewards, this is subject to change yearly similarly to the new business SDR function in Concur.
