We're looking for a confident, commercially savvy Client Development Manager to join our team at Reed Talent Solutions. If you love building strong client relationships, spotting opportunities for growth, and driving service improvements, this could be your next move.

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of key MSP clients, working closely with our Talent Acquisition teams, branch network, and supplier partners to deliver top-tier recruitment solutions. You'll be the go-to person for client engagement-whether that's through Teams calls, face-to-face meetings, or strategic planning sessions.

You'll dive deep into each client's world, understand their talent challenges, and help shape solutions that make a real impact. From stakeholder engagement using Miller Heiman methodology to collaborating on market insights and continuous improvement initiatives, you'll be at the heart of making "Better never stops" a reality.
