We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing relationships with our strategic and business-critical clients. Initially covering a maternity leave, the successful candidate will transition into a permanent role with dedicated accounts upon the incumbent's return.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales or client-facing roles within the cyber industry.
  • Proven track record of relationship building and account growth.
  • Highly organized, dedicated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable navigating complex client environments and influencing senior stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic and smaller clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and align solutions to support their cybersecurity goals.
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor account health, satisfaction, and renewal cycles.
  • Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure client success.

Location: Bridewell operates a hybrid and flexible working policy, however you will be required to travel to different sites on occasion.
