Client Delivery Consultant

Location : Home / Lichfield (2 days a week in our Lichfield City Centre office)

We're growing and are now looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team as a Client Delivery Consultant.

The Role

This is a hands-on delivery and relationship role - perfect for someone who enjoys managing client relationships while still being active in the recruitment process.

You’ll

• Manage and develop relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact for all recruitment activity.
• Deliver both contract and permanent recruitment solutions across IT, Tech, Data and Digital roles.
• Source, engage and qualify candidates using a mix of tools, platforms and your own network.
• Deeply understand client needs, offering insight and advice to help them attract the best talent.
• Work closely with our wider team to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Stay plugged into the tech and data scene - from online communities to industry events.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience within IT, Tech, Data or Digital markets.
• Strong relationship management skills with both clients and candidates.
• A genuine passion for connecting people and delivering great service.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools - including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards (eg Totaljobs, CV Library).
• Excellent communication, organisation and collaboration skills.
• A self-driven attitude and curiosity about new technologies and recruitment trends.
