The Client Coordinator will have responsibility for managing their own client caseload, liaising with the customer, client and engineers daily, to ensure work is being carried out in in accordance with the contract requirement.
A sound understanding of the works being carried out and be able to translate this simply and effectively, when talking to internal and external customers
Prepare / raise material orders as required to meet the programme
Input and maintain data on the management system
Provide feedback / comments on failures or requirements
General admin related tasks
