Cromwell Vets are recruiting a pro‑active and friendly Client Care Coordinator to welcome clients and their pets to the practice in a warm, professional manner and provide support to our brilliant team. In this role you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills and we offer BVRA training to support this! With 1 in 4 Saturdays — Shift time will vary between 7.30 am to 7 pm at Huntingdon.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming clients and their pets upon arrival
  • Answering the phone in a polite, clear and empathetic manner
  • Ensuring all enquiries are resolved efficiently
  • Managing the diaries effectively and ensuring the smooth running of vet and nurse consults
  • Assisting with administrative duties including answering email enquiries and online booking requests
  • Dealing with daily debt management – ensuring client accounts are paid off at the time
  • Assisting with the daily running of each practice
  • Audits
  • Flea and Worm dispensing

This is a permanent part‑time role working an average of 25.75 per week across our 6 branches, with evenings and weekend included.
