A veterinary practice in Morecambe is seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional client service. You will be the friendly face for clients and their pets, ensuring they feel valued and supported. Responsibilities include managing bookings and payments while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. In this role, your main focus will be to provide an exceptional service to our clients and to ensure they receive the very best care for their pets. You will act as a vital link between clients and our clinical team, building strong relationships and ensuring every client leaves feeling supported and valued. You will greet clients, provide guidance and support, manage payments, coordinate bookings, and assist in keeping the practice running smoothly.
This is a part‑time role with a highly flexible schedule. We offer contracts ranging from 16 to 30 hours per week, with typical hours from 8am‑2pm or 2pm‑8pm, and we’re happy to accommodate alternate patterns for the right candidate. The role includes a 1 in 4 weekend rota, and there are often opportunities for additional overtime.
You are the friendly and welcoming face for the client and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
You are able to provide guidance by keeping yourself fully up‑to‑speed with the practice services and any additional services available.
You are calm, attentive and always focus on the clients’ needs.
You will bring enthusiasm and drive to your role. Your passion for service is matched with your love of pets.
You can deal with everything that is thrown at you, from comforting a client who has had some bad news about their pet or sharing in the joy of a new puppy's first visit to the vet.
