A veterinary practice in Tees Valley is seeking a customer-focused individual to provide service to clients and care for pets. In this part-time role, responsibilities include managing payments, booking appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Ideal candidates are friendly, calm, and enthusiastic about pets. The position offers a salary at national minimum wage along with benefits and holiday allowance.

Your focus is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets, acting as a link between clients and the clinical team. You will greet each client and offer support, guidance and expertise, manage payments, and book future appointments confidently. Coordinating the smooth running of day‑to‑day routines will be done using our online booking system, so computer literacy is a must.
This is a part‑time role working 30 hours per week, including some weekend shifts on a rota basis.
