Job summary

Beavis Morgan is seeking an experienced Client Bookkeeper to manage bookkeeping services for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial records and providing excellent client support.

You will work closely with colleagues across the business, develop trusted client relationships, and deliver practical advice with a high standard of service. Training and career progression are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum practice experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Xero and QuickBooks software experience is essential.
• Ability to develop professional and technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process clients’ financial data into accounting software accurately and timely.
• Reconcile client, supplier and bank accounts to reflect true balances.
• Complete and/or review VAT returns.
• Prepare draft sets of management accounts with working papers for review.
• Manage workflow and client expectations, adding value through expertise.
