About the role

As a Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain genuine, long‑lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge, stay aware of competitors, and keep up with fashion trends and new product launches.
• Provide expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales and delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Show we are obsessed with style by maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in your department.
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it.
• Show flexibility – customer service must be available during weekends and evenings.
