About The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised Client Administrator to join our Commercial team in Witham. You’ll provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering proactive and timely support to clients and client advisors
  • Managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records in Acturis
  • Updating client portals and ensuring documentation is easily accessible
  • Processing motor and commercial mid‑term adjustments
  • Producing and maintaining spreadsheets, bordereaux, and databases
  • Managing diaries, chasing documents, and auditing files
  • Issuing client correspondence and handling invoicing when required
