A well-known charity organization in South London is seeking a proactive Client Administrator to support their Commercial team. In this role, you will manage communications with clients, handle correspondence, and provide administrative support. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in administration and be comfortable in client-facing roles. Client Administrator – Charity

Start: ASAP

Duration: Until end of March

Salary: £15 per hour + holiday pay

Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Location: Vauxhall

We’re partnering with a well-known charity in South London to find a proactive, organised and approachable Client Administrator to support their busy Commercial team for a 4-month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys being client‑facing and acting as the first point of contact. You'll play a key role in managing communications with traders and commercial clients while keeping internal operations running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients
  • Managing inbox correspondence and responding professionally to queries
  • Scheduling training sessions, coordinating meeting room bookings and supporting diary needs
  • Processing expenses accurately and in a timely manner
  • Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to the wider Commercial team
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
  • Representing the organisation with a warm, professional and client‑focused approach
Who you are:
  • At least 1 year of administration experience, ideally with some client experience
  • Quietly confident, friendly and strong written communication
  • A self‑starter who uses initiative and enjoys taking ownership
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Proactive, upbeat and eager to help wherever needed
  • Comfortable working 5 days in an office in South London
