A major financial institution in the UK seeks a Client Administrative Services Associate to support client reallocation processes, manage bereavement services, and ensure quality assurance. What is the Opportunity? We have an excellent opportunity for a Client Administrative Services Associate to join the Chief Administrative Office (CAO). The successful candidate can be based within a commutable distance to any of the RBC Brewin Dolphin office network. You will report to the Client Administrative Services Senior Manager and act as a key point of contact for both clients and client facing teams (CFT). Responsibilities within the team include but are not limited to the completion of tasks related to regional client reallocation, regulatory client call backs, W-8 BEN renewals, managing bereavement services, fee anomalies and CFT operating events. You will work in partnership with colleagues across various areas of the business such as Compliance, Risk, Tax and Operations to support CFTs and build strong relationships to deliver good client outcomes with a focus on consumer support / Consumer Duty. The successful candidate will be skilled at analysing data, have strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders where necessary.
RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
