We're recruiting for a newly created Client Account Manager role to support the growth of the business by managing the relationships with key business client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that has recently restructured its operations and customer support functions to enhance client experience and long‑term success.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, managing the full customer lifecycle from post‑sale onboarding through to long‑term relationship development. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive measurable value from their investment, while identifying opportunities for growth, optimisation, and deeper engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding & Implementation
    • Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional handover from the Sales team
    • Coordinate implementation timelines, system setup and user access in collaboration with internal teams
    • Deliver tailored onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs to ensure clients are confident using the platform
    • Capture client goals and success criteria to shape a personalised implementation plan
  • Account Management & Relationship Building
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
    • Conduct regular check‑ins and strategic reviews to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify evolving needs
    • Act as a client advocate internally, ensuring their voice is heard across product, support, and development teams
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, goals, and outcomes using HubSpot and other internal tools
  • Customer Success & Retention
    • Monitor platform usage, engagement trends and client health metrics to proactively address risks or barriers
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients maximise the value of the platform and learning content
    • Collaborate with the Learning Development team to align bespoke content with client objectives
    • Coordinate with Customer Support to resolve technical issues and ensure a seamless service experience
  • Growth & Upselling
    • Identify opportunities for account expansion through consultative conversations and data‑driven insights
    • Promote additional features, services, or content that align with client goals and add measurable value
    • Work closely with the management team to develop growth strategies and revenue forecasts
    • Contribute to the development of case studies and success stories to support marketing and sales efforts
  • Internal Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
    • Share client insights and feedback to inform product development and service enhancements
    • Participate in internal planning sessions, masterclasses, and team development activities
    • Support the creation of SOPs, onboarding materials and client success documentation
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in account management
Key Requirements for this role
