Overview

We're looking for an experienced Client Account Director to join our team on a 9‑month fixed term contract, working on one of the UK's most iconic retail brands – John Lewis. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic account that spans brand‑building, category campaigns and performance‑driven activity across a wide range of traditional and digital media channels. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, integrated solutions that drive measurable impact for the client.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day‑to‑day client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and exceptional delivery across all campaigns.
  • Report directly into a Business Director and collaborate with a client team that includes another Account Director, Account Managers and Client Executives.
  • Work closely with internal channel specialists, external media partners and the creative agency to deliver best‑in‑class media strategies.
  • Manage complex projects across multiple channels, balancing creativity with performance metrics.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship within the team, fostering collaboration and growth.
