Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to become a Project Surveyor for social housing projects in the UK. You will oversee planned maintenance and investment programmes across housing stock, conduct property inspections, supervise contractors on-site, and manage snagging and defects to ensure safe, timely, and high-standard delivery.
