A leading healthcare provider in Scotland is seeking a Clerical Officer/Receptionist for its Obstetrics & Gynaecology department at Perth Royal Infirmary. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively. Previous experience in NHS administration systems is a plus. This role offers a structured working environment with support and training provided.

The Women, Children & Families Clinical Group have a vacancy for the post of Clerical Officer/Receptionist to work within Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Perth Royal Infirmary.
We are looking for an individual who has a positive team working approach. Excellent IT skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of people including patients, clinicians and other departments are essential. Training will be provided. Knowledge of NHS administration systems would be advantageous as well as previous typing experience.
Hours of Work: 37 Monday-Friday 08:30 – 16:30
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
