A major healthcare provider in Scotland is seeking a Clerical Officer to provide essential clerical support to nursing staff at the Medical Day Unit. The successful candidate will book appointments, manage waiting lists, and serve as a first point of contact for patients. Previous NHS administration experience is ideal, along with strong communication and organizational skills. This role is full-time, with a Monday to Friday shift pattern.

The Medical Day Unit (MDU) at Glasgow Royal Infirmary (GRI) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Clerical Officer. The post holder will provide essential clerical support to clinical and nursing staff, helping to coordinate their workload and ensure the smooth running of the unit.
