We are currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer to join a busy public sector team based in Limavady. This is a part‑time temporary position, working 18.5 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) for an initial 3‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be required to start immediately and will be paid £12.31 per hour.

Key Duties
  • Provide high‑quality clerical and administrative support within a busy office environment
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and documentation
  • Deal with telephone and email queries in a professional manner
  • Support colleagues and management with general office tasks as required
What We Need From You
  • 5 GCSEs (Grade A–C) including English Language and Maths (or equivalent qualification)
  • At least 1 year’s experience in a clerical or administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
