Job Overview

Working as part of the administration team based in the Audiology Department at Ysbyty Wrexham Maelor, the post holder will be required to provide clerical duties primarily related to patient administration in support of clinical staff.

Responsibilities

Provide an excellent service to patients in a busy outpatient department. Support clinical staff by managing administrative tasks, ensuring accurate patient records, and responding to enquiries. Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer care, and willingness to help others.

Qualifications

Experience in an administration environment, proficient computer skills, and proficiency in Welsh is desirable. Speakers of Welsh and/or English are equally welcome to apply.
