A local healthcare trust in Rotherham seeks a reliable Minute Taker / Clerical Worker to assist the Anaesthetics and Theatres CSU. Responsibilities include attending meetings, producing accurate minutes, and providing clerical support. Candidates should possess strong communication and organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ideally experience in a healthcare environment. This position offers an annual salary of £24,937 to £26,598, requiring 21 hours of flexible work from Monday to Friday.
This is an interesting and exciting opportunity to work with the heart of the NHS in our fast moving Surgical division. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Minute Taker / Clerical Worker to provide high-quality administrative support to our Anaesthetics and Theatres CSU.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending meetings, producing accurate minutes, and carrying out a range of clerical duties to ensure the smooth running of our Anaesthetics and Theatres CSU.
The role is to cover 21 hours over Monday to Friday, this role will be required to work flexible to cover the days of when meetings take place.
The main duties of this role will be to attend meetings (in person or virtually) and produce clear, concise, and accurate minutes.
