Job summary

A local public sector organization in Omagh is seeking an experienced administrator to support Regional Compliance Teams. The role requires providing excellent customer service, managing various administrative tasks, and processing communication channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, 5 GCSEs, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers £12.65 per hour with a temporary contract and standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, to include Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications).
  • 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role with experience in administrative tasks and customer service experience.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, beginner IT proficiency.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently, or as part of a team.
  • As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
