A UK-based healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Clerical Officer to provide reception and clerical support in the Radiology Department. The successful candidate will maintain the Radiology Computer System while ensuring effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals. Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency, especially with CRIS, are required. This role involves shift working between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, covering weekdays and weekends.
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Clerical Officer to join our Radiology Department. In this role, you will provide exceptional reception and clerical support, ensuring smooth operations within the department. You will play a key part in maintaining an accurate and updated Radiology Computer System (CRIS), while liaising professionally with patients, medical staff, GPs, and other clerical colleagues.
