Provide a clerical and administrative support service to Community Support Service.

Enter data and update information on IT systems as required.

Attend training and staff meetings/ERDP as required.

The Individual

Experience of working in a busy office environment using relevant technology and equipment e.g. photocopier, email, intranet/internet

Experience in clerical work including typing and word processing and data input.

4 SQA standard grades or equivalent at level 3 or above including English and Secretarial Studies or equivalent.

High level of accuracy in work

Ability to prioritise own workload Ability to use initiative in day to day tasks

Ability to participate as an effective team member

Effective written and oral communication skills

Effective organisational and time management Skills

Self confident and self motivated

Knowledge of software packages – e.g. Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Access
