A local educational institution seeks a clerical support member for their team. The role involves welcoming pupils and visitors, managing communications, and handling clerical tasks such as data input and filing. Ideal candidates will have good organizational and communication skills, contributing to a positive school atmosphere. An understanding of safeguarding policies is essential, as this role interacts with children and requires a commitment to their welfare.
The successful candidate will provide clerical support to the school.
The duties and responsibilities in this job description are not exhaustive. The postholder may be required to undertake other duties that may be required from time to time within the general scope of the post.
