THE EMPLOYER IS: DUNLUCE RESTAURANTSWorking in the office supporting the management team. The role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Clerical Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and assisting our company’s general administrative activities. Answering and directing calls, taking messages, and making phone calls on behalf of the company. Using office equipment to check emails, make copies, and update computer databases. Typing forms, correspondence, memos, and other materials. Sorting, filing, and maintaining filing systems for efficient record keeping and easy retrieval.Completing assignments and projects according to instructions from managers. Completing tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow workplace safety, security, and food hygiene procedures. Follow uniform guidelines and take pride in your personal appearance. Keep McDonalds Values alive in the restaurant and at the heart of everything you do.
